New format for species pages

Recent developments

I've been a bit quiet on the site over the last couple of months but I have just now added about 170 images of modern coccolithophores. The objective here was to provide ilustrations from the plankton for all modern species which have a fossil record. In addition I have edited numerous pages so as to improve the utility of the site as guideto Neogene nannofosil taxonomy and generally improve it.

For the future

I have just found that there is a blog feature in the drupal system so maybe this will be a good way to provide an update of how the site is developing. So far it has been a bit of a solo activity, nearly a hundred users have joined but they have not posted anythnig much - maybe becuase the system is hard to understand?
