Helicosphaera stalis Theodoridis, 1984

Description: Small, lenticular or rhomboid outline. No distinct flange ending. Two normally inclined pores in central-area.

Remarks:

Variants:

  • H. stalis ssp ovata Theodoridis, 1984 - outline rounded, lenticular, rather than rhombohedral;
  • H. girgisii Varol, 1989 - closed central-area.
